About Me
Ever since I was a child, I’ve been fascinated by the human mind. How we think, feel, and hold our stories. What began as curiosity became a lifelong calling to understand how people heal, grow, and return to themselves.
As the daughter of Mexican and Salvadorian immigrants, I carry deep respect for the strength, love, and complexity within our cultures. I also understand the silence and stigma that can surround mental health in Latino families. My work is about breaking that silence and creating spaces where therapy feels safe, empowering, and deeply human.
At New Moon Therapy, I help those who appear strong and capable on the outside but are quietly longing for rest, clarity, and renewal within. I specialize in supporting those who are ready to break generational patterns, soften old defenses, and build a more compassionate relationship with themselves.
My Approach
My approach is trauma-informed and integrates elements of mindfulness, somatic awareness, and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I invite my clients to reconnect with their intuition, honor their emotions, and learn to navigate life’s cycles with curiosity and care.
I believe healing moves in phases, much like the moon, and that every ending carries the promise of a beginning. In this space, you don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to be willing to begin.

My Vision
My vision is to nurture a healing space that honors both where we come from and who we’re becoming. I believe in the strength that lives within our stories. I believe in the capacity to grow through what we’ve endured, and to rise with deeper compassion for ourselves and our loved ones.
